$#!+HOUSE INSPIRATION

David and I created this throne of an outhouse in a mere one day. One extremely hot, sweaty, melting-in-the-middle-georgia-heat-of-the-late-august-sun hot day!! Did I mention all the boards we used had to be nailed together because none were over 4 feet long....? so yeah. It was awesome. Obviously this didn't include the time it takes to dig a pit, but hey! It was my first shot at any kind of from-scratch, found-object construction. We are (rightfully) proud of our creation, which has since been added to by woofers and is still lovingly used to this day.

AND SOON - THE GUILD OF DEATH!!!!!!!

HELLO AND WELCOME to the
G U I L D OF L I F E
BLOG-O-UPDATE

Powered by Sustain-ability TM

The purpose of this blog is to keep an ongoing, up-to-date record of the endeavors of the currently informal group GUILD OF LIFE.

GUILD OF LIFE is an offshoot of the TerraPerma Festival organization crew currently based in Atlanta, Canton, Decatur, and Duluth, Georgia.

We are currently crafting our vision statements based on our shared values and goals, all of which will be posted on this page in due time.

We have just begun the process of envisioning a festival we intend on hosting. This
(hopefully reoccurring) first-time event will bridge sustainable living practices and their demonstration with artistic, theatrical and musical expression. Essentially the gathering can provide an opportunity to share our knowledge, inspiration and creativity with each other in a lively, heartfelt experience. We know we desire authentic community, and this is one possible way we can co-create a more ethical and creative culture with depth and long-term vision, together. Our official statement will be posted soon. Stay tuned for more!
